This apartment and community is absolutely stunning. My husband and I loved the spacious rooms, large balcony, comfy bed, relaxing bathtub, nice kitchen and overall beautifully modern design. Communication with the host was clear, helpful and attentive from before we arrived to after we left. The facilities were incredible, especially the roof top pool and terrace with hammocks and couches. Everywhere we went, we could find a quiet little spot with privacy to relax. The walk to the beach is less than 5 minutes and you get to wak through the impecably maintained landscape, pass by the marina, and take in the luxury all around. We will be coming back here over returning to a resort for sure. I genuinely couldn't recommend it more and we can't wait to come back! The ONLY thing I could suggest is to add a large mixing bowl to the kitchen. I got by using a pot for salad but a bowl would come in handy. :)

Staff was incredible- we could check in and use the parking lot earlier. We loved the QR code entrance, the apartman, the pool and the gym area. We had a great stay, thanks! -

Beautiful and clean condo, spacious and perfect for our family of 4. Woke up to sounds of the ocean waves. Perfect location and walkable to the ferry, beaches and downtown shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location of the apartment. Smack dab in the center of Cancun, super close to the main strip close to lots of restaurants and Parque las Palapas, about a 5 minute walk. Also just a short 10 minute walk the other way to Plaza las Americas. Keys were super easy to collect via lockbox which made for a smooth self check in. The apartment itself is brand new and well decorated with modern amenities. In the building lobby there is a 24 hours concierge and they also have nighttime security on site which made us feel very safe and secure. Very comfy bed, a cozy couch and a great TV to enjoy during your downtime. The staff were also very communicative and thoughtful and made sure we were enjoying our stay. Overall a great stay! The shower in the bathroom was a touch small but just a minor detail.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights. From the first entrance to check out, the experience was amazing. Few highlights: - house amenities are amazing: TVs, pool area, hangout areas, speakers, kitchen, laundry room. Everything is well thought out - Our host Sandra took care of all our requests in timely manner and she was in touch constantly in case if we need something - I can't say more good things about the house staff: from cooking to cleaning, everything was executed perfectly. They gave us our privacy plenty and we had amaazing time - beach: if you are looking for pristine beach with nobody around. this is the spot. you have amazing access to the water uniterrupted with crowds which was a requirement for us

Everything was absolutely perfect! Loved the condo and the location. We walked to rosters for breakfast daily. We also loved the pool, gym, and laundry area. We had a few questions during our stay and I was so impressed how quickly they answered even on a Sunday. Can’t wait to come back
