No cristals in terrace or jacuzzi, For security purposes, fire pits and heaters are operated only by the property staff Any additional person outside the booking must need an authorization in advance, and can´t exceed 3 persons or the maximum guest permited Visitors must check out the property before 19:00 hrs. The property has its own staff available from 08:00 to 20:00 hrs. Upon guest request, staff service can be extended until 22:00 hrs at no additional cost. Rental Agreement Signature Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll recieve a short rental agreement to review and sign electronically. We kindly ask you to sign it after your reservation is confirmed. This document confirms that you have read and accepted the property rules, helping us provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay for all our guests. When you arrive, one of our hosts will give you a brief explanation of how the house works, show you the entrances, and answer any questions you may have.
