As in all the Caribbean, the presence of seaweed (sargassum) can vary throughout the year. Between May and September, ocean currents may bring a larger amount to the shore. 🙏 Please take this into consideration before booking, as our goal is for your review to reflect the quality of the accommodation and service, beyond the natural conditions of the sea. The building has 24/7 security staff 🔒 to ensure your safety and peace of mind during your stay. When you arrive, the security guard will ask for your name to confirm your reservation. Once access is granted, please go to the reception desk (right at the entrance) to complete a short registration form and show an official ID. 🕐 Reception Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm If you arrive outside these hours, please register the following morning. If you arrive on Sunday, you can do your registration Monday morning. 🌴

House Rules

🏡 General Rules No additional guests are allowed other than those registered in the reservation. Please avoid hanging clothes on the balconies. Pets are not allowed in the condominium or apartments. 💪 Gym Rules Hours: 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Using a towel and proper workout clothes is required. Entering in swimwear, without a shirt, or barefoot is not allowed. Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Glass containers are not allowed. Please avoid using devices that make noise, such as speakers. Return all equipment to its place after use. Do not move the gym machines. 🏊‍♀️ Pool Rules Hours: 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Monday to Sunday. Eating, smoking, or drinking alcoholic beverages inside the pool is not allowed. Glass containers are not allowed in the rooftop or pool area. Electronic devices are not allowed inside the pool. Children under 12 years old must always be supervised by an adult. The pool does not have a lifeguard; use is at your own risk. Adding oils, soap, or any products to the pool is not allowed. 🧺 Use of Sheets and Towels For your comfort, we provide cotton makeup remover pads and bath mats. 🙏 Please use them to help avoid stains or damage to the linens and towels. If we find excessive dirt or damage, an additional replacement charge may be applied at check-out. ✨ Thank you for helping us keep everything in excellent condition! Guest Registration As required by the building administration, all adult guests must show a valid ID (passport, driver’s license, or INE) upon check-in and fill out the required registration form. This information is necessary to authorize access to the condominium.
